Meet Josie Waller, one of our superstar traffic supervisors with a knack for versatility.
Josie has been with CATO since 2021. She is a dedicated member of our traffic team and has also excelled as a Unit Assistant. When she’s not at CATO, Josie’s a passionate actress and writer, finding joy in the power of storytelling. She enjoys attending regular improv workshops, and is currently working on writing her first feature film!
In between traffic control, writing and filming audition tapes, Josie also prioritises spending time with her partner and family.
Fun fact: she’s a triplet! What she loves most about CATO? The caring staff and flexibility to pursue her creative endeavors.

Held annually, Screen Forever continues to offer unmatched opportunities for connection, collaboration, and conversation within the Australian film, television, and content production space.
